1. Refund Eligibility

At Lucky Digital Media, client satisfaction and transparency are of utmost importance. Customers may request a complete refund within 24 hours of successful payment confirmation only if the project setups, keyword planning, graphic design research, or copywriting work has not started.

2. No Refund After 24 Hours

After 24 hours of successful payment confirmation, our technical teams and copy strategists allocate server resources, execute keyword database queries, and initialize creative designs. Therefore, once the project work has started after the 24-hour mark, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

3. Scope: Digital Services Only

We specialize exclusively in digital solutions to elevate your rankings and revenue. The services we sell include:

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO Services)
  • Social Media Marketing & Page Management (SMM)
  • Paid PPC Digital Marketing Campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
  • Aesthetic Content Writing & Copywriting Services

Please note that no physical products are sold, manufactured, or shipped through our website. All project files are delivered completely online.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be applicable or approved in the following scenarios:

  • After project research or strategy sheets have started (post 24 hours).
  • For completed milestones, delivered content, published blogs, or live posts.
  • For delays in project launches caused by client's late responses, missing files, or incomplete requirement forms.
  • For direct advertising budget payments funded to ad networks (Google PPC, Instagram Ads, Meta Ads Manager).
  • For third-party software, domain registration, hosting plans, or external tool subscriptions purchased for your brand.

5. Refund Processing Time

If a cancellation or refund request is submitted within the allowed 24-hour period and approved by our billing department, the refund transaction will be settled. The refunded amount will be credited back to the customer's original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
